With extensive experience in management control and project management in public and private organizations, an entrepreneur and university lecturer, he collaborates as an expert for the IDB, the IMF, and the World Customs Organization.

He has conducted seminars and consultancies on strategic planning, project management, and performance evaluation systems in Latin America, Africa, and Europe.

Academically, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration – Accountant from the Faculty of Economic Sciences UdelaR (Uruguay), is certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method by the Association of Master Trainers, a Project Management Professional by the PMI (USA), accredited in Belbin methodology (United Kingdom), holds a Master’s in Strategic Management from the European University Miguel de Cervantes (Spain), and is a graduate of the 1st Program for Management Development from ORT University (Uruguay) – ESADE (Spain).
