Experienced in consulting for the analysis, design, and implementation of strategic planning processes and project management at public and private levels, as well as for organizations like IADB, IMF, World Bank, and OAS.

He specializes in the implementation of organizational strategies, project management, managerial skills, and change management.

Paul holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Lima (Peru), a Postgraduate degree in Business Analytics from ORT University, a Postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation from OBS Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He is certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method by the Association of Master Trainers, a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the PMI®, and has complementary studies in PRINCE2® and Agile project methodologies.
