Jimena Saavedra

Agile Coach and Lead Producer at Jam City, and an active leader in the AgileUy community, where she currently serves as a volunteer meetup coordinator and is one of its main drivers. At Jam City, she guides video game studios across Latin America and the United States on their journey toward more agile product development. She is a speaker and host at local and international conferences and webinars on agility. She holds multiple certifications, including Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, Agile Leadership, and PMP. She also teaches and mentors at Universidad ORT and runs Disruptronix, her personal consulting space focused on agile evolution. With extensive experience in both agile frameworks and traditional project management, her passion is helping teams thrive through facilitation, coaching, and creating meaningful products for their users.
