Sarina Gowland is the Sales Director of Banking & Fintech for Latin America at Fireblocks, the leading digital asset infrastructure platform trusted by over 2,500 institutions globally.

With more than a decade of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, and business development across the financial and technology sectors, she has held leadership positions at companies such as Fireblocks, Shift Markets, Finalis, AB InBev, and ExxonMobil.

Currently, she works with banks, fintechs, exchanges, and payment providers throughout the region to accelerate their digital asset strategies, including institutional custody, stablecoins, cross-border payments, tokenization, and embedded finance.

Sarina is at the forefront of the digital finance transformation in Latin America, guiding the region’s most innovative institutions in the adoption of new financial technologies.
