Bruno Gili

Bruno Gili is the Executive Director of the Uruguay Innova (U+I) program at the Presidency of the Republic.

He is a Certified Public Accountant with an Advanced Studies Diploma (DEA) from the University of Valencia.

Between 2005 and 2023, he was a partner at CPA Ferrere, where he led the business consulting practice specializing in strategy, innovation, and finance. He also served as Managing Partner of CPA Innovation.

Gili brings extensive expertise in institutional design, financial planning, structured finance, and risk management. He has advised both public and private organizations, as well as multilateral institutions including the IDB, World Bank, and Fonplata.
