Sara Goldberg

Executive Director of URUCAP (Uruguayan Private Equity Association) and Coordinator of Institutional Relations and Projects at Universidad ORT Uruguay. She is also Innovation Coordinator for the “Uruguay Innova” Program under the Presidency of the Republic of Uruguay.

A lecturer with over 20 years of experience at Universidad ORT Uruguay, she is a skilled professional in managing complex organizations, with more than two decades of expertise designing and implementing policy initiatives and instruments in national innovation systems, strategy, competitiveness, entrepreneurship, and advanced human capital.

A relationship management specialist, she has a proven, advanced ability to creatively initiate, plan, execute, and direct activities that help organizations achieve their mission and goals. She has advised multiple governments on the design and implementation of innovation, entrepreneurship, research, quality, and advanced human capital mechanisms.
