Nicolás De Marco

Financial sector professional with a track record in central banking, financial regulation, innovation, and consulting. I currently work at the Financial Innovation Office of the Central Bank of Uruguay, focusing on open finance, virtual assets, payment innovation, fintech regulation, and emerging digital risks.

My experience combines policy analysis, institutional coordination, project management, market engagement, and participation in national and international technical working groups. I am particularly interested in the intersection of financial regulation, technology, digital financial infrastructure, and financial sector development in Latin America.
