Juan Manuel Sobral

Juan Manuel Sobral is the President of the Uruguayan Blockchain Chamber (Cámara Uruguaya de Blockchain) and the founder of SpaceDev, a technology agency specializing in the development of Web3 products and solutions.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Research with a thesis focused on Blockchain, where he analyzed the impact of decentralized technologies on the economy and industry.

His career combines university lecturing with entrepreneurship, academic research, and his institutional role, through which he drives the adoption of the Web3 ecosystem across the Americas and works to connect crypto innovation with real-world use cases.
