A Technology and Digital Transformation Leader with over 15 years of experience driving organizational evolution, operational efficiency, and digital product development across Fintech, Telecom, Energy, Government, and Software Development sectors. He has led regional tech transformation programs, including Telefónica HISPAM’s technology architecture model and the design and launch of Debifone, Uruguay’s first omnichannel Fintech platform.

He designs next-generation enterprise architectures and leads multidisciplinary teams by integrating AI, automation, and systems thinking—driven by the conviction that technology only generates real value when it connects strategic vision with measurable execution.
