Pablo Mosquella

With over 23 years of experience in technology, I’ve led innovation and operations at global corporations like Citibank and Movistar. In 2018, I fully transitioned into the entrepreneurial and blockchain world, focusing on bringing technology to real-world use cases with mass adoption.

I’m the co-creator of QuarkID, where I led the technical team that designed the decentralized identity system used by the City of Buenos Aires, currently serving 750,000 users.

Today, at Tero Labs, I’m driving the adoption of emerging technologies in massive industries with “Real World” use cases. I also founded the ZKsync LATAM community, creating content and activations to educate about ZK proofs technology and its impact on the institutional world.

I teach Technology and Business at UADE and Introduction to Blockchain at the University of Quilmes in Buenos Aires.
