Carolina Rodríguez

Carolina Rodriguez Conde is a Legal-FinTech Attorney with a degree from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, a postgraduate qualification in Digital Law from CEUPE, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification.

In her role at Legaltech Solutions and DF Consultores, she specializes in the intersection of Law and technology, advising Web3 companies and designing regulatory compliance protocols for startups.

Committed to driving industry growth, she leads the Legal Committee at the Uruguayan Blockchain Chamber (Cámara Blockchain del Uruguay) and is an active contributor to Ethereum Uruguay.

Her work focuses on building secure bridges between decentralized innovation, information security, and regulatory frameworks.
