Mathías Lehrer holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems, and is a mentor specialized in purposeful leadership.

For nearly a decade, he thrived in the tech world as a partner at Xpantion, a software company, and as a co-founder of several projects—some of which surpassed 1,000 clients and received industry awards. Over time, however, he felt something was missing: professional success wasn’t enough if it wasn’t connected to his inner truth.

This realization led him to redesign his life. He trained as a Qi Gong master, a DISC behavioral analyst, a Reiki practitioner, and a facilitator for personal transformation processes.

Today, he guides leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to reconnect with what truly inspires them, helping them build a more coherent, human, and sustainable way of leading.

He has conducted over 1,200 mentoring sessions and develops programs for leaders and corporations looking to invest in the well-being and authenticity of their teams to achieve better, more impactful results. He is also the author of the book Despierta tu auténtico ser (Awaken Your Authentic Self), the co-founder of Procesa.ai (Purposeful Technology, Impactful AI), and the founder of both the Auténticos community and the Bienestar a tu alcance newsletter.
